That means more to me than throwing the same exercises on a sheet for everyone and say, “Go for it!” You’re left without knowing if you’re doing them correctly, not helping you move better because it’s not individualized, and ultimately waiting for an injury to happen. It’s not just doing the reps, but how you do the reps that count (and get you to maximize the results). I want to help you work on your weaknesses from the foundation up so we can not only get you to look and feel better, but overall move better too. This is not just a program, this is a training plan designed for you and how your body moves to maximize results. Training with Movement Screens


Train smart with me wherever you are! Individualized monthly
training program developed after analyzing your movement
screens to maximize your results in a sustainable way. I don’t just
want to throw a program at you, I want to work 1on1 with you to help
you train and move in a way that emphasizes the details behind how
YOU move. If we can get you to move and function better, we can get
you to maximize your full capability. Let’s do this.


Includes: Monthly (4-week) individualized programming that focuses
on your personal goals with incorporating foundational exercises
based on your movements screens to maximize your results and
transform movement weaknesses into movement strengths

Nutrition


Nutrition doesn’t just include what you eat, but also your thoughts,
habits, stress, sleep etc. I don’t just give you a set meal plan to follow
that you do for 2 weeks and then end up hating so you revert back to
your old ways and feel like a failure. I want to guide you in
understanding the reasoning behind it all so you can take that
information with you for the rest of your life. You don’t have to
compromise health for results. I want to help you become the best
human you can be and get your results in the most sustainable and
effective way. It’s going to require some hard work, but you have me
right there by your side through it all.


Includes: Recommended individualized macronutrient and
micronutrient plan to help you toward your goals in an effective way
with health being our main priority. We discuss sleep, stress, morning
and night routines, and other “life” things that will help you along
your journey.

programming detailed toward your goals and movement screens assess movement weaknesses and turn them into strengths, along with 1on1 nutrition coaching to guide you to success in and out of the gym. I want to tackle not only nutrition, but the “life” things like stress management, sleep, daily routines, etc. that can be
integral in overall success. I’m your girl through it all and would love to work together!
