Includes: Monthly (4-week) individualized training
programming that focuses on your personal goals with incorporating
foundational exercises based on your movement screens to maximize
your results and transform movement weaknesses into movement
strengths, along with recommended individualized macronutrient and
micronutrient plan to help you toward your goals in an effective way
with health being our main priority. We dicuss sleep, stress, morning
and night routines, and other life things that will help you along
