About

HISTORY

Currently located in Columbus, OH. I recently graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Athletic Training. I am in the midst of pursuing a graduate degree in Allied Medicine with a primary focus in Functional Neurology from The Ohio State University. I am a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer here in Ohio. I am also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Correctives Exercise Specialist. I’ve worked clinically with multiple sports teams at OSU, along with high school teams consisting of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and evaluation. I have interned at multiple strength and conditioning facilities locally. Due to my clinical experience, biomechanical and rehabilitation principles are the core of my training in the weight room for myself and others that I train. In my opinion you have to not only work hard, but work smart too.

MY PASSION

The weight room isn’t a place where I workout. To me it’s much greater than that. It’s where I feel most alive. It’s where I feel at home. It’s where I’m in my element. You will never find a bigger smile on my face than when I’m in there sharing my passion of training and sports medicine with others. As clichéd as it sounds, training and doing the whole “fitness” thing have honestly changed my life. To me, it goes so much deeper than just the physical transformation. It changes the way you think about yourself, instills a certain confidence that you never knew you could have, gets you to meet some of the most amazing people, and allows you to reach goals that you never thought were achievable. To be quite honest, my favorite thing about it is stepping into the gym and feeling like a little badass. I want to help other people have that same feeling and that is why I am so excited about this.
