We are dedicated to hybridize fitness and science of the human body through knowledge and understanding of movement, sports medicine, nutrition, and human cognition to genuinely transform people’s lives and empower people to reach their full potential.
A movement that focuses on changing the game for you. When I first began I thought that fitness = health. Soon I began to realize that there is sometimes a huge gap between the two. BUT… there doesn’t have to be. That’s where our passion comes in. No short cut quick-fix, but the maximization of long term results. This happens by being given the tools to understand how and why you’re doing something, realizing that you don’t have to be in pain (and can prevent it), and talking with someone that truly cares for you. Ultimately, I want to empower you to feel like you can conquer the dang world (because you can!).
These programs are meant to get you started down the right path. If you have questions about which one is right for you then reach out and I will help you choose the best one .

She pushes you through every set and rep, making you realize that you’re capable of achieving more than you thought you ever could.
If you truly want someone to train with to see results and get stronger, Kelsey is the one for you.
After 16 weeks of Kelsey workouts and nutritional guidance, I finally felt comfortable in my body.
