BUT… there doesn’t have to be. That’s where our passion comes in. No short cut quick-fix, but the maximization of long term results.This happens by being given the tools tounderstand how and why you’re doing something, realizing that you don’t have to be in pain (andcan prevent it), and talking with someone that truly cares for you.Ultimately, I want to empower you to feel like you can conquer the dang world (because you can!).

I was so impressed by the first assessment alone with Kelsey. She was so thorough with the assessment. Not only did she focus on my hip, but focused on my ankles, knees, and muscle activations in my lower body. She made sure she knew of any and all injuries I’ve ever had going back as far as I could remember! We covered things I never even thought of too like how I breathe and walk! Who knew you could do those wrong….well I was. I was doing both of those things wrong. Both of which were contributing to my hip pain.
You have changed my life in so many ways. I was so hesitant to join the group on Tuesdays and Courtney encouraged me. Once I did 1 session, I knew I needed more. So glad you offered the morning to us and beyond thankful to be doing one on one with you. The bonds we have built with our group is priceless and you are pretty amazing!! Thanks for being so humble and down to earth.
Kelsey came to our work on Tuesdays, starting in January and she has been such a blessing to our work environment. Kelsey was challenged with all kinds of athletic abilities and she met everyone’s needs while providing a killer workout. Not only did we get stronger together, our staff grew so much closer on a personal level. We look forward to our workouts together. No, we LOVE working out together!
Your genuine interest in helping bring out the best in people is evident in EVERYTHING you do! You are always positive and encouraging in your words and actions. You have the perfect balance of pushing us to our edge and cheering and supporting us as we push ourselves physically and emotionally to be better! I love how you go above and beyond just the physically aspect and give us challenges to be better our everyday lives (drink more water, practice gratitude, etc.)
These workouts have literally changed my life and I’m not even blowing smoke! I have more energy, I’m sleeping better, I just feel better! It’s funny cause it’s not physically either I feel myself in a better mood, not as stressed, and trust me I’m an anxious person! And losing some pounds is an added bonus!
She legit cares about you and how your body is transforming. I would ask her questions at random times of the day and she would always answer back. Without a doubt one of the best experiences I have had with any sort of trainer! Within a week I could already see a change in my mid section. If things aren’t going the way you want them to, she will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your results! She does not do the same thing for every person she trains, it is customized for you, which just shows how much time she puts into your training.
Kelsey Lensman, what do I have to say about her? The question is how much time do you have. I ask that you take the time out of your day to read this and to give my story a chance, so that maybe this girl can change your life one day the way she changed mine.
One of my favorite things about Kelsey is her understanding and her passion. Not once have I ever been afraid to be honest about my mistakes, about missing a workout or not hitting my macros because she understands and helps talk me through it. Every single conversation I have wth Kelsey leaves me with a new fire and motivation because thats the effect she has on people.
I am so grateful for everything Kelsey has done and for the ways she has pushed me mentally and physically over the last year that I have known her but I know that her impact on me is causing ripples, ripples on my entire life and those I have the opportunity of influencing as well. I never imagined for myself a life where I could go a day without being in pain, but now that is my reality. I am excited for my next competition season and for my life in general because I am capable and I am unstoppable.
The decision to work with Kelsey is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I was hesitant at first, primarily because I don’t like to get close to people and let them in to my thought process, and my day-to-day life, but with Kelsey it was easy. She doesn’t care only about your fitness, and how your nutrition and training is going. She cares about the WHOLE PERSON- which is rare nowadays with coaches. She is supportive and encouraging and loves to see you succeed.
In a last ditch effort to try (yet again) another program to get in shape and lose weight, I reached out to Kels. Luckily, this was the best decision I’ve made for myself in 2018. After 3 months of working with Kelsey, I am finally close to reaching my goals, if not surpassing them. Her program answers all of the questions that I’d been asking for so long: what muscle groups should I workout together? How often should I do cardio? When should I eat? How much should I eat? I now walk into the gym feeling confident with a plan in hand. The variety in the workouts allows me to challenge myself in new ways while keeping me motivated. On top of the awesome programming, Kelsey makes it clear that she’s with you every step of the way.
She brings people together to motivate and push each other, making it such a positive and energetic environment. So if anyone is ever curious or questioning whether to come out and work out with Kelsey, take a chance and try it. It doesn’t matter what you look like or how much weight you can lift, there are no judgments. Not only will you have an awesome workout, but you’ll meet some awesome people and realize you’re capable of more than you thought.
Kelsey is the most positive and uplifting person I have ever trained with. She is always there if you just need to talk to someone along the process. She is so dedicated to what she does and puts her full heart into making sure you reach the goals you desire. Her workouts will definitely put you up for a challenge, but the hard work she pushes you to do pays off in the end. Her ability to push people to be their best and succeed in the weight room is astonishing.
After 16 weeks of Kelsey workouts and nutritional guidance, I finally felt comfortable in my body. I have always been critical of my body image but for once in my life, I felt comfortable and I can’t thank Kelsey enough for helping me get there. Kelsey is one amazing person who is doing big things and is one of the most passionate people I have ever met. I honestly can’t think of a single flaw in Kelsey as a person or in her business!
To change someone’s life is a pretty bold statement but the proof is, me meeting with Kelsey. One day, one of my friend dragged me to Kelsey’s group workout. He showed me her workout videos and I didn’t want to go, not even a little bit because I was terrified. I said, “I do NOT belong there!”, “There is NO way I can do those workouts.” And “I am not strong enough for this.” I ended up going to her group workout with my friend, but when I walked in there I really regretted my decision. I was scared. I felt so out of that world. But guess what? I’ve been working out with her and following her workouts since that day! Crazy right?
